Came fast, and was exactly as pictured…color and all. Goes perfectly with my chairs and is sized large enough but does not overwhelm the space of the room.The pouff arrived stuffed into a bulbing Home Depot box that was much too small, which compressed the stuffing and made it misshapen. It's quite lopsided as a result, even though it's been out of the box it was jammed into for over a week. I'm going to have to try to rearrange the stuffing and probably add some additional to it so that it's completely filled and sits flat instead of listing to one side.A larger shipping box would have been appreciated. Other than that, it appears well made. I read reviews of other pouffs, many of which said the leather smelled terrible, like an old goat. I'm happy to report that this one had no discernible odor other than a normal, mild leather smell. The color is nice, although not exactly as pictured, but it'll do. Overall I'm happy with it. I just have to get it so the stuffing is adequate and is evenly distributed.I have been wanting this leather pouf for months….so glad I pulled the trigger and purchased it. It is a little smaller than I initially wanted but I do love it.Use it for my home health nurses to sit next to me while they run my Chemotherapies. Perfect and since I’m of African descent will definitely purchase more Moroccan products and I do already, such as the Mina Olive line and spices. Thank you!The Moroccan Pouf is exactly like the pouf's my folks had at home while stationed in Morocco. It is a quality item. Fair price and well packaged for delivery. I may buy another. Depends on how much room I have in the family room. I chose the caramel color.This item arrived in a Home Depot carton too small for the pouff. The box was partially opened on one end & taped up but exposing the merch. Once removed from the box I could see that although sold as 'stuffed' there was not enough to completely fill out the pouff. It was saggy & sitting on it posed a problem because it would not stay upright, you would roll over. Initially there was no odor but as it warmed up a strange peppery smell emanated from the leather & still does days later. The leather itself is poor quality & the smell may have come from an improper tanning, dye or storage.I will try to deal with this somehow but can only say, do not buy from this seller. I did not initially look at reviews (my bad) but did after I got the pouff. I see many buyers have had the same problems. Also, I see that this item is now no longer available. Too many bad reviews, I guess. Big lesson learned here at my expense. Do not buy this pouff & beware of this same item showing up from other sellers or the same seller with a different name.It's very hard to believe the positive reviews came from actual buyers.Though it is listed as being "delivered stuffed" the stuffing and pouf are delivered separately for customs reasons apparently. I was frustrated by this since listing for unstuffed ones are considerably cheaper and I would have chosen one of those if I knew I was going to have to stuff it myself either way. I was further frustrated by receiving only 5 lbs of filling, which was no where near enough to actually stuff the pouf. I had to purchase an additional 10lbs to completely fill it. Thus compounding how much more I paid for this misleading listing. That said, the quality of the pouf is good. Der Verkäufer hat sich um die Rücksendung gekümmert und es kam schnell der neue Pouf ohne Fehler an. Der Pouf entspricht der angegebenen Farbe und ist wunderschön und meines Erachtens nach qualitativ hochwertig.Der Verkäufer hat immer sehr schnell, höflich und hilfbereit geantwortet. Ich bin mit dem Produkt und dem Service zufrieden.Der Ottomane ist sehr schön mit geruchsneutralen Leder verarbeitet und wurde mit einer guten Befüllung schnell und gut verpackt geliefert.Schauen wunderschön aus. Das Leder ist hochwertig. Sie sind sehr stabil, und mein Mann mit 95 kg kann sich getrost darauf setzen, ohne Angst zu haben, dass die Sitzkissen in alle Richtungen zerbersten. Würde sie definitiv wieder kaufen!
